Materials
THE IQONE T-shirts are 93% fibres of natural origin, made from wood cellulose. Tencel™ and viscose with Outlast® PCM microcapsules, plus Lycra® to hold the shape. Below: what it's made of and where this T-shirt shows what it can do.
What the T-shirt is made of
- Tencel™ (lyocell) — a fibre made from wood, smooth and soft, good at handling moisture next to the skin.
- Outlast® viscose — a cellulose fibre with embedded PCM microcapsules. The capsules take up excess heat when it gets warm and release it when it gets cool. They're part of the fibre, so they don't wash out.
- Lycra® — keeps the shape all day and after washing.
Made in Poland.
Where THE IQONE shows its advantage
Anywhere movement alternates with standing still and the temperature keeps changing. On the move, the capsules take up excess heat; at a stop, they give it back — instead of a wet T-shirt that chills your back, you have a layer that evens out those changes.
| Where | What the day looks like | What the T-shirt does |
|---|---|---|
| Trail and outdoors | climb, a stop at the viewpoint, descent; wind on the ridge, sun in the valley | takes up heat on the climb, gives it back at the stop — less changing of layers |
| Work in the field | car, warehouse, client's office, building site, car again — for 10–12 hours | one T-shirt from morning to evening, no swapping for a fresh one halfway through the day |
| A day in town | heated car, air-conditioned office, outdoors, shop | responds to every change in temperature at your skin, before you start to sweat |
| Travel | a long drive, the airport, the plane, a warmer climate at your destination | several days of wear — customers tell us it doesn't pick up odour |

Care
The fewer chemicals and the lower the heat, the longer the T-shirt keeps its properties. Wash at 40 °C (maximum 40 °C), spin at up to 1000 rpm, with a mild detergent. No fabric softener — it makes the fibres stick together. No tumble dryer and no radiator: dry naturally, on a hanger, a drying rack or flat. Iron at 100 °C max.
