Wash at 40 °C (maximum 40 °C) on a delicate cycle, spin at up to 1000 rpm. Use a mild liquid detergent, no powder and no bleach, and skip the fabric softener — it makes the fibres stick together. Don't tumble dry and don't dry on a radiator; dry naturally. Iron at 100 °C max. Cared for this way, the PCM microcapsules keep their thermoregulating properties for years.
Yes. The fabric responds both ways: when it's hot it absorbs excess heat, and as you cool down it gives it back. That makes it work during summer efforts and on cold mornings alike.
The cuts are close-fitting and don't restrict movement. If you're between two sizes, take the smaller one for a tighter fit or the larger one for more room. A size guide is on every product page. If in doubt, write to us and we'll advise.
