THE IQONE is made at the StarPrimer sewing factory in Zawiercie, Poland, which produces clothing and textile products from a single piece. We open the same factory to companies and brands that want to produce their own clothing and textile products.
What we make
The full range of light sewing: clothing (T-shirts, sweatshirts, leggings, dresses), home textiles, children's products, specialist covers, HoReCa and workwear and promotional textiles. Cutting, sewing, branding (labels, embroidery, digital / flex / screen printing), full print, quality control and packing are all included. Full offer: starprimer.pl.
Made in Poland — fast
100% of production takes place in Poland, in one place (a short supply chain: fabrics, trims and sewing). This lets us cut the time from design to production to as little as 5 days — with full quality control and direct communication with the factory.
With Outlast® PCM technology
Products with Outlast® PCM viscose — the same fabric that regulates body temperature in THE IQONE products (up to 50% less sweat and up to 50% less moisture according to data published by Outlast®) — are currently made as T-shirts and leggings (leggings coming soon).
How to get started
Write to us and describe what you need: the type of product, approximate quantity, material and deadline. We'll prepare a quote. We make products from a single piece — from one-off pieces and prototypes to larger runs. We don't publish prices up front, because they depend on the model, material and quantity.

Do you make custom clothing?
Yes. At the StarPrimer factory in Zawiercie we make clothing and textile products to order — from design, through sewing and branding, to the finished product.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum — we make products from a single piece. You can start with one piece or a short run and test the market without a big investment, and we can quickly add further batches when needed.
How much does custom manufacturing cost?
We quote individually. The price depends on the model, material and quantity, which is why we don't publish a price list. Ask for a quote: produkcja@starprimer.pl.
How fast can you deliver an order?
We can cut the time from design to production to as little as 5 days thanks to 100% production in Poland and a short supply chain. The final lead time depends on the design, material and quantity.
Can I order products with Outlast® PCM technology?
We currently make T-shirts and leggings with Outlast® PCM viscose (leggings coming soon).
Where do you manufacture?
In Poland, at the StarPrimer factory in Zawiercie (ul. Mostowa 22, 42-400 Zawiercie).
